Terms & Conditions

Last updated 29 Sept 2026

DRAFT — to be reviewed by the academy and a lawyer before publishing. Text in [brackets] needs a decision.

These terms apply to your use of the Kanoonu Kalike app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account is for one person. Sharing an account is not allowed.
  • Your account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device (phone or browser) signs out the previous one.

Courses and payments

  • Paid courses are unlocked after the academy verifies your payment (UPI with transaction reference and screenshot, or cash at the academy).
  • On iPhone and iPad, courses cannot be bought inside the app. Contact the academy to enrol; your courses then unlock in the app.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on each course. [State whether prices include GST.]
  • [Refund policy: when refunds are possible, how to request one, and how long they take.]
  • Access to a course lasts for the course's duration, counted from the day you enrol. The academy may extend it. Renew to keep studying after it ends.
  • If you pay in installments (EMI), each installment is due on the date shown in your profile. Lessons lock when an installment is more than [7] days overdue and unlock again once it is paid.

Using the content

  • Lessons, notes and videos are for your personal study only.
  • You may not copy, record, resell, publish or share course content, or share your access with others.
  • Lessons downloaded in the mobile app are for offline study inside the app only. They are removed when you log out.
  • Lesson screens block screenshots and screen recording where the phone allows it, and show your email address and learner ID as a watermark. Leaked copies can be traced to the account.
  • The academy may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Educational purpose only

Course content is for legal education. It is not legal advice and must not be relied on as advice for any particular case.

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change course content.
